허벅지 통증

안녕하세요


제가 11일 시험이 있어서 꼭 단거리를 뛰어야 할 상황입니다


일주일 전 햄스트링 근육이 놀랐는지 뭔지는 모르겠으나 


걸을 때는 통증 없고 전력 질주(힘을 주거나 앉았다 일어설 경우)


약간의 통증과 당김 현상이 있습니다


 


11일 날 단거리 가능하게끔 만들어 주실 수 있는지 여쭤봅니다


너무 절박해요 


도와주세요 


병원 방문 하려다가  다리가 피곤해서 ㅜㅜ
