가슴밑중앙에혈관이잡히고 아프네요

한달전부터  가슴밑 통증이 있어서 확인해보니 혈관이 만져집니다. 가슴밑중간으로 위밑끼지 쭉 혈괸이 튀어나와서 손으로누르면아프네요. 답변부탁드립니다.
