무릎이아파서요

첨부파일 첨부된 파일이 없습니다.

몇달전에 달리기하다가 허벅지랑 무릎이 쫙떙기면서 뛰지도 못할정도로 통증이왓는데요 그뒤로 한달뒤 병원가서 주사맞아서 괜찮아졌길래... 안갔는데,,, 지금 몇달쨰 하루에한번씩 통증이 생기고 쑤시면서 아픕니다..


무릎도 약간 휜거같구요


오래걸어도 아프고 오래서있어도 통증오고


왜그런걸까요?ㅠ
