다른병원에서 병원기록서 다른병원으로 이적 할수 있나요..

첨부파일 첨부된 파일이 없습니다.

제가 다른병원에서 몇개월 수술하고 입원하고 했는데요.. 병상일지 라든지 혹은 기타 나의 관한 모든 것을 다른병원에 가서도 볼수 있나요..


아니면 신청서를 작성해거 내야 하나요.. 잘 몰라서 그런데 자세한 답변 부탁 드립니다..
