내과진료후 병가확인서

방학기간중 아플때 병가확인서에 대한 문의입니다 

손성동 내과의사선생님께 오늘 진료받았고, 일주일후 출국인데요.. 

제가 다니는 독일에서 독일회사는 병가시에 확인서를 제출하면 휴가일에서 병가일수를 제해주기때문에, 

간단히 진료날짜와 병가일수만 기록되어있으면 됩니다.

토요일에 전화상담한데로, 월요일 오후에 다시 병원을 방문하겠습니다
