면회관련 질문입니다

면회가려고 하는데 몇가지 궁금한게 있어서요.

1. 따로 면회증을 발급받아야하나요?

2. 별도의 허락없이 환자가 있는 병동에

면회자가 직접들어도되는건가요??

3.면회시간이 정해져있나요??
