엄지발가락 굳은살

엄지발가락 양쪽에 굳은살이 있는데 통증이 계속있습니다



통증때문에 그냥 놔둘순 없을꺼같은데..무지외반증처럼 발모양이 변형되진 않았구요



어느과 진료를 받아야하고  무슨치료를 받게되나요?
