본원은 지난 2월에 발간된 세명표준CS매뉴얼을 통한 교육을 실시하고 있다.


직원월례회때는 고객소리함을 함께 나누고 친절직원을 시상하였다.


또한 고객개선사항은 개선해 나가기 위하여 함게 노력하고 있다.
