자가격리 중에는 외부로의 이동이 불가하시며,​​

직계가족이 대리인으로 서류 발급 시 가족관계증명서, 대리인 신분증 지참 하셔야 합니다.

제 3자가 대리인으로 서류 발급 시 위임장, 대리인 신분증, 본인 신분증 지참 하셔야 합니다.
