손발, 몸 떨림

수고하십니다.  저희 아이는 15세 여자 아이입니다.   요즘 가만히 TV를 보거나 핸드폰을 할때  본인 의지와 상관없이  갑자기 발이 툭 움직이고,  팔이 옆으로 툭 움직이는 증상이 자꾸 보입니다.   꼭  잠들때 약간 가수면상태에서 몸이 움찔하듯이 비슷한 증상이 맨정신에도 보이거든요.  왜 이런증상이 있는것인지, 병원을 가야 하는것인지, 병원을 간다면 무슨과를 가야 하는지 알고싶습니다.수고하세요
