과장님 혹시 초음파에서 미세한 석회가 보인다고 했는데 복부ct 촬영시 석회가 안보이면 이런상황이 나올수도 있나요? 요즘 췌장에 대한 정확한 검사를 하고 싶은데 초음파 및 복부ct까지 해보았는데 이상없을시 정확하게 추가로 뭘 더 받아야되나요?
