장애진단서

안녕하세요


60세 누님을 장애인으로 등록 하기위해서 늦었지만 검사와 진단을 받고자 합니다.


정신 및 신체 장애로 어릴때 부터 선천적으로 심한 자폐증과 정신분열등의 증상이 있었고


현재는 거동이 몹시 불편한 상태인데 귀 병원 정신과 나 정형외과 등에서 검사 받고


장애진단서를 받을 수 있는지 문의 드립니다.
