ITDI(intra-tympanic dexamethasone injection)이라는 시술입니다.

수년전부터 급성 난청 및 이명 환자들에게 보조적 치료의

일환으로 사용중이나, 치료효과여부는 아직 불분명합니다.

시술후에 고막의 천공 및 감염이 발생할수 있습니다.

본원에서도 ITDI를 하고 있으나 급성 난청 환자에서 제한적으로

시술하고 있으며, 이명증상에는 시술하지 않고 있습니다.
