1. 비급여 기준 : 백신패스, 서류제출, 개인적 이유 등 

2. 급여 기준 : 코로나 19의 대표적인 증상(발열, 인후통 등) 및 진료 시 의사의 검사 권유, 확진자와의 접촉, 본인 이름이 기재된 검사요망 문자확인 등
