코골이와 수면무호흡증

안녕하세요 저는 40대중반남자입니다.


다름이 아니고 저는 잠잘때 코를 심하게 골고 또한 수면무호흡증(길게는 20초정도)이 있습니다.


치료가 가능한지 궁금합니다.
