허리통증

제가 직업상 거의 서있는데요


자다가 허리위쪽이 너무아파서 자주 깨곤 합니다


그러다가 일어나서 조금 움직이다 보면 안아프구요


일주일 드는지요


 


 넘게 계속 아파서 바닥에서도 자보고 침대도 바꿔보기도 했는데


증상이 그대로라서요 ㅠ_ㅠ ..


자는 자세에 문제가 있는건가요? 아니면 병원가서 진료받아야되나요?


진료받으면 무슨과에서 받는지.. 진료비는 얼마나 드는지요?
