2014 고객만족도조사 실시
외래150명, 입퇻원150명대상


7월10일(목)~15일(화) 4일간 본원의 외래 및 입퇴원환자 300명을 대상으로 고객만족도조사를 실시하였다. 의료진, 간호사, 원무과, 진료지원부서, 병원환경등 병원이용에 대한 만족도를 평가하고, 더 나은 의료서비스를 제공하기 위해 실시하게 되었다. 추첨을 통해 본원에서 무료 CT촬영권도 제공된다.
