효과적인 운동방법 및 스트레칭 체조


6월19일 본원6층 휴게실에서 경산보건소와 함께하는 건강교실이 열렸다. 효과적인 운동방법 및 스트레칭 체조라는 주제로 진행된 강의는 30여명의 환자 및 보호자들이 직접 운동방법을 익히고, 뭉쳐있는 몸을 풀기 위한 간단한 방법들을 배웠다.
