위내시경 검사 소견서 받을 수 있나요?

제가 1월 24일에 위내시경 검사를 했습니다..


내과 담당이신 신요식 선생님께서 진찰을 하셨습니다.


그 때 시행했던 위내시경 소견서를 메일로 받을 수 있는지 궁금하네요.


답변부탁드립니다.
