공무원 신체검사서 질문드려요

안녕하십니까.세명병원 홈페이지를 방문해 주셔서 감사합니다.
공무원신체검사는 진단서의 양식을 갖추어야 하며 검사항목 또한
직장인 검사와 다른 부분이 있어 매년 실시하는 직장인 검진과
공무원 신체검사는 대체될 수 없습니다.
공무원 신체검사에 필요한 준비사항은 사진2장.8시간 이상 공복.신분증이
필요하며 비용은 5만원입니다.
