출국용 코로나 검사결과확인서 영문 질문

안녕하세요. 화요일 캐나다에 출국을 하는데 72시간 내에 음성결과확인서를 지참해야하는데 이 기준이 애매해서 글을 남깁니다. 토요일날 검사를 받아도 이것이 유효한가요? 혹시 가능하다면 월요일 검사 받아서 당일 영문 확인서를 받을 수 있는지 그것이 궁금합니다. 그게 안된다면, 토요일날 검사를 받으면 월요일날 발급이 가능한가요?
