목 피부 가려움이 심한데 아토피일까요? ( 20대중반/남 피부가려움증)

 

몇 주전부터 목이 가끔씩 가려웠는데 요즘에는 주위가 같이 가렵기 시작했습니다 

 

밤에 목이 심하게 가려워서 아침에 보니 상처가 생겼어요 

 

매일 그러는거는 아니데 가끔이러는 아토피 인가요 ​
