발가락 염증

5살된 남아 입니다. 2번째  발가락에 피멍이 들면서 피고름이 나와 2주정도 동네병원에서  매일소독하고  항생제 처방을 받아 복용햐고 있습니다. 발가락은 부분마취도 잘 안되고 어리다보니 전신마취후 치료를 받아야 할것같다고 하는데  세명병원에서 치료가 가능한지 그리고 어느 선생님께 진료를 받아야 되는지 몰라 문의드립니다.
